Hi peeps . i used to be on here before . i was call 8vmk3 . i had a mk3 golf gti that i only but a build thread on dublow for . i moved house lost all my passwords , so havent been on . the last time i posted on here i had just swapped the golf for a 1.6 6n polo . well i still have it as it went wrong in every way possible lol . im nearly finished with it now . could someone tell me how to post pictures and ill put some of the golf up maybe some off you will remember it and ill get some off the polo up to . thanx . Ye mate its been offthe road for 8 months now . ive replaced all the brakes even the handbrale cables , but a 6n2 gti trim in it , gti gear know and handbrake , 6n2 steering wheel and full centre console , changed all the dash lights for seat red ones and the seat clocks to , painted the roof lining , seals , interoir light , sunvisors etc satin black , chrome heater control switches , seat belt runners , door handles and clock bezzels , ive replaced the coilovers and top mounts , got a set of bbs rx2 that i want to refurb a bit , its got a badges grill ( black badge ) with the red piping round it , joey headlights then fly eyes , fly eyes indicators , side repeaters and fog lights , both window mechs , drivers 16v door card as mine was smashed , rear parcel shelf 16v one as the one in it was sprayed , the all red rears are still there , 6n2 gti splitter , exhaust manifold , backbox . both outer cv jonits and inner boots , 1.5 degree rear chamber shims , 6n2 gti spark plug leads and ive but everything that was missing from the car back in it , full tool kit , first aid kit , all the wing bolts and bonnet bolts , all the plastics from the drivers footwell , engine cover , oem battery cover , manifold heat shield , all the duckting to the air box , bonnet earth strap , all 4 seat runner covers the long ones and the little end caps and so on and so on lol . so ye ive got some plans and put them into action bud . got to get it back on the road then get the little dent on the drivers rear quater sorted . thanx for the inter rest . Thanx mate . ye i hope to get it out a bit soon . but so much time into it now . hope to get to some dublow meets as i now work sunday nights the problem i had before was i worked sunday days thats why i couldnt come before . were and when do they happen now ? . Dave

That's cool . As soon as its back on the road I'll come up . I put the brake lines on and sorted the wheel bearing yesterday . Just going down to the garage now to fit my 6n2 gti front splitter . Then ill bleed the brakes back up at the weekend and send it back for the mot . Oh I also but the fan spray washer jets in it now to , Carbon fibre wrapped the grill and badge and the boot lift struts and othe grab handles inside . Thanx it's for now . Hi peeps sorry ain't been on for a while , just to let you all now the polo now has m.o.t , just insurance and tax to go . I also got mt seat Ibiza clocks today and my apline xda 001 head unit , so will fit these at the weekend when I'm off along with the wheel bearing I thought I had sorted but not lol . So got a bit to do this week . Thanx . Dave
