Hi Boys & Girls!!
As you know I've been in the background for a while rolling round in a knackered Polo 6n2 :( But guess what, I've got my ass back in a mk2!!!!
I picked this gem of a car up from an old lady in London who couldn't cope with the manual steering no more so PX'd it for somthing newer.
She's an Alpine White 1.6 Driver with an Auto box, 75k on the clock, full VAG service history, one owner from new and only £500!!
The condition of the paintwork is amazing & it drive's like new, no knocks, rattle's or anything, even the original speaker's & headunit all work perfect & actually sounds good, lol!
There's a couple of bits to sort before I can start playing with it, she needs a new starter motor as its quite noisy, a little missing paint on the OS front wing, there's a small bit of rust on the OS bottom corner of the windscreen & the NS sill (both common) apart from that the car is flawless, it really has to be seen to be believed :)
Gonna spend the next few week's detailing & getting everything up to scratch then plans are to go all out OEM+ keeping things clean & simple so drop, BBS, single lamp grill, chrome strip bumpers & a few rare Item's (when I can afford them, lol)
Anyway, less of the boring chat, here's a few piccies :)
I thought I'd take a couple of pics while removing the rear wiper & cleaning the boot plynth to show how clean it is :)
Decided to change the Bosch clear indicators to orange
Much better I think :)
Also found these in the shed, lol!
Cheers!
